背景介紹：

近日，漢陽城管部門采取“文明接力”的方式對違規(guī)行人進行處罰，即如市容監(jiān)督員發(fā)現(xiàn)行人闖紅燈過馬路，該行人就必須在原地替市容監(jiān)督員“值班”，提醒市民看燈通行，直到抓到下一個違規(guī)過馬路的行人才可“下崗”。據(jù)悉，該方法實行一周以來，違規(guī)行人較此前下降五成。
     據(jù)介紹，此前為了**行人安全，城管部門安排市容監(jiān)督員值守在主干道路口。根據(jù)有關管理規(guī)定，市容監(jiān)督員可對違規(guī)行人處以罰款，但不少行人對此抵觸情緒很大，沒有起到宣傳教育效果。而“文明接力”的方式讓人更易接受。
