原則批準后提交材料時限的改變

新西蘭移民局的全球標準操作流程近期有重大變化。自2015年11月1日,學生申請原則批準后提交所要求的材料的時限變更為10個工作日。

目前原則批準信中給出了提交材料時限的具體日期。11月1日起,要求的材料須在10個工作日內提交。沒有在規定的日期前提交將導致學生申請終被拒簽。

如確有困難您應提前與簽證官聯系。延期請求只有在理由充分合理的前提下才會被考慮。

Change to time frame for provision of documents after Approval-In-Principle

Changes have been made to Immigration New Zealand’s (INZ’s) global Standard Operating Processes. As a result, from 1 November 2015, the new requirement for providing outstanding documents requested after notification of an approval-in-principle will be ten working days.

Currently INZ gives an actual due date in the approval-in-principle letter by which outstanding requirements must be provided. From 1 November onwards however, it is important that you provide requested documents within the ten working days. Failure to comply with the time frame may result in your student visa application being declined.

If you have genuine difficulty in meeting the deadline, you should contact your case officer in advance. Extensions of time for provision of documents will only be considered if the delay is justified by extenuating circumstances.
